Full payment is required at the time services are completed or when tyres are collected/installed.

No credit terms are offered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Timing

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. No charges apply for cancellations, but availability for rescheduling is not guaranteed.

If a customer fails to pay for services or goods provided, Tyre Wise reserves the right to retain vehicles or purchased goods until payment is settled, as permitted under applicable law.
